How to Set up Your myQ Video Storage Subscription

A myQ Video Storage Subscription lets you save and review video clips from your myQ camera. With a subscription, you can access recorded footage, enable smart detection, get notifications, and customize camera settings.

Step 1: Add Your Camera to the myQ App

Before setting up your myQ Video Storage Subscription, make sure your camera is added to your myQ account. Follow the linked setup steps for your specific device:

Step 2: Subscribe to myQ Video Storage

Once your camera is added, follow these steps:

1. Open the myQ app.
2. Access Account Menu:
   • If your app shows Menu in the bottom right corner, tap Menu.
   • If your app shows your Initials in the top left corner, tap your Initials. 
3. Select Get myQ Video Storage
4. Tap on: 
   • Manage Subscription to be taken to the subscription page or
   • Learn More to be forwarded to the myQ Marketplace website to view, select and activate your subscription.  
     • If you are not automatically forwarded, please go to  myQ Marketplace and follow the prompts.
5. Pick a plan:
   • For the most up-to-date plan options and pricing, view video subscription plans and pricing

6. Enter your billing information.
7. Tap Check Out to finish.

Your myQ camera is now set up with a video storage subscription allowing you access to features like video storage, smart detection, notifications, and other customizable settings.
