How to Manage a myQ Video Storage Subscription
Follow these steps to manage your myQ Video Storage Subscription:
- Open the myQ app.
- Access Account Menu:
- If your app shows Menu in the bottom right corner, tap Menu.
- If your app shows your Initials in the top left corner, tap your Initials.
- Tap myQ Video Monitoring.
- Tap Manage your subscription(s). You will be able to see your current subscription.
- Tap Manage Subscription. You will be redirected to the myQ website.

- If you are not automatically forwarded to the myQ Marketplace website, please go myQ Marketplace and follow the prompts.
- Enter your myQ Login Credentials and tap Authenticate.
Once you are logged in to the myQ website, you can:
- View and/or change current subscription plans
- Add a subscription
- Update your payment information
- Cancel subscriptions
