How to Permanently Delete my myQ Account

Follow the steps below to permanently close your myQ account. Once deleted, your account, along with all devices and settings, cannot be recovered.

Delete a myQ User Account Through the myQ App

1. Open the myQ app.
2. Access Account Menu:
• If your app shows Menu in the bottom right corner, tap Menu.
• If your app shows your Initials in the top left corner, tap your Initials. 
3. Tap Manage Account.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete my account. 
5. Confirm that you understand that deleting your account will erase all devices and settings by taping on Continue.

If You No Longer Have Access to Your myQ Account or Cannot Login

1. Go to PrivacyPortal.OneTrust.com/webform.
2. Select Consumer and choose "Delete my myQ account. I realize this will permanently close my active myQ account only." as the request type.
3. Fill out the form with your information. Be sure to use the email address associated with your myQ account in the email field.
4. Once the form is completed, press Submit.
5. You will receive an email when the request is processed.
