When attempting to add a myQ device to the myQ account and you get the "Device Not Added" message, there may be issues with the device acting as the hub being offline, the myQ device being to far away or the myQ device already being added to a myQ account. If you are having issues adding devices to your Smart Garage Control, Smart Garage Hub, myQ Garage Wi-Fi Hub, Internet Gateway, Wi-Fi garage door opener, myQ Camera or myQ Lock, see the section below which pertains to your device to resolve the issue:

The myQ device communicates with the gateway using a 900Mhz radio signal. Other electronic devices in the vicinity may create a range issue. 900Mhz cordless phones, baby monitors or other wireless devices operating in the 900Mhz range. Some troubleshooting options include a power-down test or relocating the device.
