The Light in My Wi-Fi LED Garage Door Opener Will Not Turn On

The LED Light Pod plugs into the LED Light Connector Plate with a wire harness called the LED Light Connector. Both LED Light Pods must be plugged in for the LED lights to work. If the LED lights aren't working, follow these troubleshooting steps.

  1. Check to see if the LED Light Connectors are plugged into LED Light Connector Plate. If one of the connectors is not plugged in, neither one of the lights will work.
  2. Unplug the garage door opener.
  3. Disconnect the backup battery.
  4. Take off the metal cover of the motor unit.
  5. Check the inside of the motor unit to see if the white/black and white/orange wire harnesses are plugged into the LED Driver Board. If the wire harnesses are plugged in, replace the Logic board.
