Hyundai + myQ Connected Garage | Manage Subscription

The Hyundai myQ Connected Garage subscription enables in-vehicle control and monitoring of your myQ-compatible garage door directly from your Hyundai touchscreen. With an active subscription, you can open or close your garage door from your vehicle and use features such as location-based auto-open and auto-close.

Starting the 90-Day Free Trial

The 90-day free trial begins during the vehicle linking process.

Important notes:

• No credit card is required to start the free trial.
• Only one free trial is available per myQ account.
• At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

Purchasing a Subscription

Follow these steps to purchase a Hyundai myQ Connected Garage subscription:

1. Open the Hyundai Bluelink app on your mobile device.
2. Access the MyHyundai menu.
3. Tap Learn More on myQ Connected Garage.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Manage myQ Connected Garage.

5. You will be redirected to themyQ Marketplace
6. Tap the In-Vehicle “Connect Your Car” tile.
7. Select a subscription plan for Hyundai and enter your credit card information.
8. Once the purchase is complete, return to the vehicle screen.
   • Your connected garage doors will appear and can be opened or closed from the vehicle.

Available Subscription Plans

Hyundai myQ Connected Garage offers the following plans:

• 1 Year – $45 (auto-renewing)

• 3 Years – $129 (auto-renewing)

• 5 Years – $179 (one-time purchase)

Notes:

• Auto-renewing plans renew automatically unless canceled.

• Pricing and availability are managed by myQ.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the myQ Marketplace.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to the  myQ Marketplace.
2. Log in using your myQ credentials.
3. Tap Your Subscriptions in the upper-right corner.
4. Tap Cancel under your Hyundai myQ Connected Garage plan.
5. Review and confirm the cancellation.

Important:

• Canceling does not provide a refund.
• You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
