Make sure the Auto Open/Auto Close feature is enabled and your Tesla has a good GPS signal at the time of closing.
If the GPS signal is weak, the garage door will beep and flash before closing as a safety precaution.

Yes, the Tesla + myQ Connected Garage service plan is linked to your myQ account rather than the vehicle, allowing you to add an additional Tesla.

The Tesla + myQ Connected Garage service plan is linked to your myQ account, not to the vehicle itself, enabling you to transfer it to a different Tesla if needed.

You can manage and cancel your service plan by logging into myQ Marketplace with your myQ credentials. After canceling your service plan, you will be able to use the myQ Connected Garage service for the rest of the service plan period that was paid for. Canceling the service plan will not refund the amount already paid for the service plan.
In order to start your free trial, no credit card is needed. If you wish to continue your myQ Connected Garage premium service after the free 30-day trial, you will need to select a service plan from myQ Marketplace and provide a credit card.
