Yale | LiftMaster Smart Lock Shows Low Battery in the myQ App

When your myQ app shows a low battery for your Yale | LiftMaster Smart Lock, it means your lock's batteries have dropped below 20%. To resolve low battery messages, follow the instructions below:

myQ App shows Low Battery for your Yale | LiftMaster Smart Lock

  • Replace all four (4) batteries with new AA alkaline batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
  • Important: To maintain the full functionality of your lock, it is recommended that the batteries be replaced as soon as the Low Battery message displays.
