How to Check the Battery Percentage for My Yale | LiftMaster Smart Lock

You can check your smart lock’s battery percentage in the myQ app in two ways—either by tapping a Low Battery alert or by checking through your lock settings.

Option 1: If a Low Battery Icon Is Displayed

If your lock’s battery is low, a Low Battery message appears above the lock icon on the home screen.

1. Tap the Low Battery message.

2. The current battery percentage will be displayed.

Option 2: If No Low Battery Icon Is Displayed

You can still check your battery level manually from the lock settings.

From Device Management

1. Open the myQ app.
2. Access Account Menu:
   • If your app shows Menu in the bottom right corner, tap Menu.
   • If your app shows your Initials in the top left corner, tap your Initials. 

3. Tap Device Management.

4. Under Locks, tap your Lock to open settings.

5. The battery percentage will be shown on the Lock Settings screen.

From the Lock Icon on the Home Screen

1. On the myQ home screen, find your Lock.

2. Tap the Gear icon next to your lock.

3. The battery percentage appears in the Lock Settings.
