How to Check the Current Firmware Version on My Yale | LiftMaster Smart Lock
Firmware is the built-in software that runs your Yale | LiftMaster Smart Lock. You can check the current firmware version and see if an update is available in the myQ app.
Check Firmware Version in the myQ App

Open the myQ app.

Access Account Menu:

If your app shows Menu in the bottom right corner, tap Menu.

If your app shows your Initials in the top left corner, tap your Initials.

Tap on Device Management

Tap on the Lock to open settings.

Scroll down to Device Info.

If a firmware update is available, you'll see an Update option at the bottom of the page. Tap it to begin the update.

If you don’t see an update option, your firmware is already up to date.
