How to Adjust the Camera Volume in the myQ App
You can adjust the volume of your myQ camera's live feed or the speaker on your camera directly from the myQ app.
Configuring the Camera's Volume in the myQ App
While viewing the live feed of your camera, the Camera volume in the myQ app is controlled by using the built-in volume controls on your mobile device.
- On the myQ app home screen, tap your Camera live feed.
- Use your mobile devices built-in volume controls to increase or decrease the volume for the video.
How to Adjust Camera Speaker Volume
- Open the myQ app.
- Access Account Menu:
- If your app shows Menu in the bottom right corner, tap Menu.
- If your app shows your Initials in the top left corner, tap your Initials.
- Tap Device Management.
- Tap on your Camera.
- Select Audio Settings.
- Under Camera Speaker Volume, use the slider to select the desired volume level.
