If you are seeing an error 122 or 401.122 when you try to sign in with your email and password, please verify the information below to fix the issue. 


iOS

  • The myQ® app needs to be on app version 5.226 or Higher (recommended version 5.236).
  • The phone is on iOS 14 or later.
  • The phone is not a jailbroken device.
  • A stable internet connection to the phone.

Android

  • The myQ® app must be on app version 5.226 or higher (recommended at least 5.236).
  • The phone must be on OS 4.4 or Higher. 
  • The phone is not a rooted device.
  • Stable internet connection to the phone.
  • The Play Store app needs to be installed on the phone and signed in with an account(usually a default app used to download all other apps).
  • The Play Store app needs to be signed in with an account.
