Troubleshoot Not Being Able to Login to myQ Community App

Note: If you’ve been able to login in the past, but can’t log in now, please reset your password and follow the instructions provided in the password reset email.

 

Resolve First Time Login Issues with the myQ Community App

  1. Check if you received the email with the myQ Community invite.
    • Yes – Proceed to Step 2.
    • No – Please contact your Facility Manager to assign you a myQ Video License.
  2. Verify if the myQ Community app was downloaded using the e-mail invitation. 
    • Yes – Proceed to step 3.
    • No – Uninstall the app and download the app through the email invite.
  3. Did the myQ Community app have you accept the invite from the facility or did the Community Code provided in the emailed invite work?
    • Yes – Proceed to Step 4.
    • No – Please contact your Facility Manager to make sure that the email address you are using for myQ Community is the same one that the invite was sent to.
  4. Turn Wi-Fi off on your mobile device and verify if you are able to login. 
    • Yes - Your network is blocking the app from accessing it's services. Please contact your Internet Service Provider for additional troubleshooting.
    • No - Proceed to Step 5.
  5. Delete the app.
  6.  Download the app and verify if you are able to log into the app through the email invitation.
    • Yes – Issue is resolved.
    • No – Please contact your Facility Manager so they can re-assign you a myQ license.
