myQ Video Keypad Not Connecting to Wi-Fi and LED is Blinking Green

When attempting to connect a myQ Video Keypad to Wi-fi, the LED indicator light will go through a sequence of flashes. Each step of the sequence indicates what the camera is attempting to do. Troubleshooting depends on the LED light's behavior and color.

When the LED on your myQ Video Keypad is flashing green, this indicates the device was unable to connect to the myQ server.

Troubleshooting a myQ Video Keypad that Won't Connect to Wi-Fi and the LED is Flashing Green

    1. Power cycle the myQ Video Keypad by uninstalling and then reinstalling the battery.
    2. Disconnect and reconnect the power to your router.
      • Once the internet is reconnected, power cycle your myQ Smart Garage Camera by pushing the camera closed for 10 seconds and then reopening it.
      • Wait a few moments for the LED status to update. If the LED is solid green, your keypad is back online.
      • If the LED status does not change to a solid green state, contact your internet service provider to verify our Recommended Router Settings for myQ Cameras. Once the settings are confirmed, see: How to Set Up a myQ Video Keypad in the myQ App.

Note: During the setup process, monitor the status of the LED for any changes. If you are still unable to connect, use the last LED status observed during the in-app setup to troubleshoot further.
