This guide helps you reconnect an existing myQ device to Wi-Fi after changing your router, Wi-Fi name, password, or internet provider.
Only use this article if the device already appears in your myQ account and was previously connected.

Most garage door openers reconnect to Wi-Fi using the myQ app. The app will guide you through the correct steps for your model.
Some older garage door openers must clear saved Wi-Fi settings before reconnecting.
Some garage door opener models enter Wi-Fi setup mode using the Learn button.

If reconnection still fails, review:

If the issue continues, note the LED color or pattern and continue to: Smart Garage Hub | Device Shows Offline or Unable to Connect to Wi-Fi.
Follow the instructions in the myQ app to reconnect the camera to Wi-Fi.
