Can a myQ Co-Owner or a myQ Friends and Family link myQ Connected Garage with HondaLink?

A myQ Co-Owner can link and have access to any shared myQ devices. myQ Friends and Family are not compatible.

What myQ devices can I control and monitor in my Honda?

The following devices are myQ Compatible:

• myQ Enabled Light Controls
• LiftMaster Gate Operators

Currently, camera functionality and commercial door operators are not supported.

What is a myQ garage door opener?

myQ-enabled garage door openers can remotely open, close, and monitor for door status from the vehicle Head Unit via CarPlay or Android Auto Projection Mode.

If I already have the myQ app on my mobile device, will I need to download a separate application to use this service?

Yes, you will need to download HondaLink to connect your myQ account in order to get myQ Garage Door Opener into Honda’s vehicle

Does the engine need to be running to operate the garage door opener?

The engine does not need to be running. However, the vehicle's Infotainment system will need to be powered on.
