My myQ Devices Are Not Showing in my Tesla

If myQ Devices are no longer showing up in your Tesla, complete the following:

 

  1. Log into the myQ app on your mobile device.
  2. Confirm if you still see your myQ devices in the myQ app.

If you see active myQ Devices in your myQ app, please see the links below to unlink and relink your myQ app to your Tesla:

 

If you do not see active myQ Devices in your myQ app, please utilize myQ’ s in-app setup to connect your device to your home network, and pair to your myQ account.
