How to Resolve Issues with the myQ App Opening and Closing Multiple Garage Doors at the Same Time.
If you notice that your myQ app is opening or closing more than one garage door at once, it’s possible that the Wi-Fi Hub was programmed to control multiple doors by mistake.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

On the Wi-Fi Hub, press and hold Button 1 until the yellow LED which turns on, turns off (6 seconds). Repeat this step for Button 2.

Erase all of the transmitters from all of your garage door openers.

Reprogram the Wi-Fi Hub to your garage door openers.

Test the Wi-Fi Hub to ensure only one door is opening at a time.

If successful, program all of your garage door opener accessories back to your garage door opener.

If unsuccessful, repeat steps above.

Verify the Wi-Fi hub is operating properly by using the myQ App to command each garage door open or closed.
