If you created your myQ account using Apple, Google, or Amazon Single Sign-On (SSO), you can still link to a myQ partner. Partner linking requires an email and password login, so you’ll need to create a password for your account first.
The email address used to create your account is the one connected to your Apple, Google, or Amazon account.
To check which email you used:
Open the myQ app
Your email address will display at the top of the screen.
Follow the steps below to create a password.
Note: Your password can be used in addition to the SSO to log in.
Notes:
- After creating your password, any devices using that email may need to update their saved login credentials.
- You can log into the myQ app using your SSO or email and password. Both credentials will log you in.
- Use the email and password you created to link to a partner.
