Order Status | Track, Change, or Cancel Your Order

Easily track your order, check shipping updates, and learn how to make changes before it ships.


Check Your Order Status

To check the status of your Chamberlain or LiftMaster order, you'll need:

  • The email address used when you placed the order.
  • Either your order number or case number

For LiftMaster Partners

If you're a LiftMaster Partner, Log in to the Partner Portal with your username, password, and LiftMaster account number. 


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 days after being placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

If you paid using Google Pay, PayPal, or Apple Pay

  • Shipping and email info come directly from your wallet, which can override checkout details.
  • Incorrect info can delay processing or shipping. Contact us immediately to update it.

Shipping

  • You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order ships.
  • Standard shipping takes up to 5 business days after processing (may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays).
  • Use your tracking number on the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for the latest updates.

If your tracking hasn’t updated:

  • Carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to scan packages after pickup.
  • If your tracking hasn’t changed for several days, contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Why your order might be delayed:

  • Item is temporarily out of stock. Your order may be held until all items are available
  • Shipping address or email from a digital wallet (Google Pay, PayPal, or Apple Pay) is incorrect
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address 
  • Payment authorization or credit review issues

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Look in safe drop-off spots around your property
  • Contact the carrier directly to confirm delivery details

Check Your Email for Updates

You will receive the following emails from us:

  1. Order Confirmation – Sent shortly after purchase, confirming your order details
  2. Shipping Confirmation – Sent once your order ships, with tracking information

Digital Wallet Email Reminder

 If you used Google Pay, PayPal, or Apple Pay, confirmation emails will be sent to the email address linked to your digital wallet. This may be different from the one tied to your account or entered at checkout.

Tip: If you don’t see these emails in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.


Update or Cancel Your Order

If you need to update your shipping address, product selection, or cancel your order contact us at 1-800-528-5880 as soon as possible.

  • Changes can only be made before your order ships
  • Once shipped, changes or cancelations require a return or exchange
