Can a myQ Co-Owner or a myQ Friends and Family link myQ Connected Garage with HondaLink?

A myQ Co-Owner can link and have access to any shared myQ devices. myQ Friends and Family are not compatible.

What myQ devices can I control and monitor in my Acura?

The following devices are myQ compatible:

• Garage Door Openers
• Yale | LiftMaster Smart Locks
• myQ Enabled Light Controls
• Liftmaster Gate Operators

Currently, camera functionality and commercial door operators are not supported.

Do I have to enter my credit card information for a free trial?

No credit card is required when signing up for the free trial.

What is a myQ garage door opener?

myQ-enabled garage door openers can remotely open, close, and monitor for door status from the vehicle Head Unit via CarPlay or Android Auto Projection Mode.

If I already have the myQ app on my mobile device, will I need to download a separate application to use this service/feature?

You will need to download AcuraLink to connect your myQ account to get your myQ garage door opener into Acura's vehicle.

• Android devices: Download the app from the Google Play Store.
• Apple devices: Download the app from the App Store.

Does the engine need to be running to operate the garage door opener?

The engine does not need to be running. However, the vehicle's Infotainment system will need to be powered on.
