How to Reconnect to myQ after Changing your Router or Settings
This article guides you through connecting Wi-Fi myQ product after replacing your router, updating your network settings, or changing your Wi-Fi password.
Change your myQ password, reset it if you forgot it, or learn what to do if you're locked out. Find steps for signing in with Google, Apple, or Amazon (Single Sign-On). Update your password in the myQ app or on the myQ website.
Before You Begin:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the myQ app installed.

Password Requirements
Passwords must meet the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters in length
- Contain at least 3 of the following 4:
- Uppercase letter
- Lowercase letter
- Number
- Symbol
If You Use Single Sign-On (Apple, Google, Amazon)
- You won’t have a myQ-specific password.
- You won’t see Change Password in the app.
- To update your password, go to your Apple, Google, or Amazon account settings.
Note: Single sign-on (SSO) enables users to log in to multiple applications and websites with one set of credentials.
The password you use to log into myQ with SSO is the same password you use for that provider (Apple, Google, or Amazon). If you change it with your provider, it will automatically update for myQ.

Change Your Password in the myQ App (If Signed In)
Follow these instructions if you are signed in to the myQ app.
- Open the myQ app.
- Access settings:
- If your app shows Menu in the bottom right corner, tap Menu.
- If your app shows your Initials in the top lef
