Can I reconnect a myQ Home Bridge via the myQ app?

  •  Yes, you can still set up your myQ Home Bridge for use within the myQ app. However, support for the myQ Home Bridge setup and everyday use is unavailable.

What can I do if the myQ Home Bridge goes offline?

  • The myQ Home Bridge set up option is still available within the myQ app. Unfortunately, support for the myQ  Home Bridge setup is discontinued.

Can I get a refund if my existing myQ Home Bridge goes offline?

  • No, refunds are not available.
