How to Link Your My Mitsubishi Connect Account to Your myQ Account

Requirements

• Linking myQ to My Mitsubishi Connect requires a subscription from Mitsubishi.
• This feature is available with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on select 2018 and newer Eclipse Cross vehicles, select models of the 2022 and newer Outlander models, and 2023 and newer Outlander PHEV models.
• You need an active Remote Services and myQ package. For more information, please see http://myQ.com/Mitsubishi.
•  If you do not have a myQ enabled device, you can purchase a myQ Smart Garage Control through the My Mitsubishi Connect (MMC) app during the account linking process.

Important notes: 

• This feature is only available in the US.
• Android devices need a wired connection to the My Mitsubishi Connect (MMC).

How to Link myQ to the My Mitsubishi Connect app

If you have already enabled the Remote Services package with myQ, follow these instructions:

1. 1.  Download or open the My Mitsubishi Connect app
   2. Go to Settings
   3. Select myQ® Connected Garage
   4. Tap Link to myQ
   5. Enter your myQ username and password
   6. Select the Garage door you want to link

If you need to purchase the Remote Services Package, follow these instructions:

1. 1. Download or open the My Mitsubishi Connect app
   2. Go to Settings
   3. Select myQ® Connected Garage
   4. Select Purchase myQ
   5. Choose a Yearly or Monthly plan
   6. Wait for payment confirmation
   7. If you need a myQ device, tap Purchase Hub, or tap Continue f you already have one
   8. Enter your myQ username and password
   9. Select the Garage door you want to link
