The Warranty on a Garage Door Opener

Warranties can differ depending on where you purchased the product. For more specific warranty information, check your owner's manual. If there is a problem with parts during the warranty period, contact Chamberlain's Technical Support Center and we will attempt to help you solve the problem. If a defect is discovered, we will ship a new part for no charge. Instructions are provided with every part so the owner can install it themselves.

Service is not covered by the warranty. If the owner chooses to have a professional technician service the garage door opener, the owner is responsible for any service charges.

Once the warranty expires, it is reasonable to expect a charge for any parts or labor that may be required to keep the product in proper working order.
