Unlink Mercedes-Benz from myQ Connected Garage with MBUX Voice Assistant

Before beginning, make sure you are in your Mercedes with the vehicle turned on and in Park, away from any obstructions.
 

  1. Say “Hey Mercedes
    • The vehicle will respond, “How may I help you”
  2. Say “Unlink my myQ Account” 
    • The vehicle will advise that your account is now unlinked
    • The vehicle will also provide information on how to re-link if needed in the future

Troubleshooting Tips for Unlinking with MBUX Voice Assistant

Q. The voice command is not picking up my entire command or timing out.
A. After saying ‘Hey Mercedes’, there will be a tone indicating listening mode. Be sure to speak your command quickly after this tone to avoid timeout.

  1. Launch your Mercedes ME app.

  2. Tap the settings menu in the top left corner.

  3. Tap your linked Mercedes-Benz vehicle.

  4. Tap Manage Services.

  5. Tap Comfort

  6. Tap MBUX Voice Assistant.

  7. Tap Linked Accounts

  8. Tap myQ Connected Garage.

  9. Tap Remove Account.
