How to Delete a Yale | LiftMaster Smart Lock from the myQ App
Need to remove a smart lock from your myQ app? Follow the steps below to delete a Yale | LiftMaster Smart Lock from your device list.
Apple iOS
- Open the myQ app.
- Access Account Menu:
- If your app shows Menu in the bottom right corner, tap Menu.
- If your app shows your Initials in the top left corner, tap your Initials.
- Tap Device Management.
- Under LOCKS, locate the Smart Lock you want to delete, press and swipe left.
- Tap Delete.
- Tap Remove to confirm.
Android
- Open the myQ app.
- Access Account Menu:
- If your app shows Menu in the bottom right corner, tap Menu.
- If your app shows your Initials in the top left corner, tap your Initials.
- Tap Device Management.
- Under LOCKS, find the Smart Lock you want to delete, press and hold until you get a pop-up notification.
- Tap Delete.
- Tap Remove to confirm.
