Locate Model Number & Manufacture Date
Get help locating the model number and manufacturing date for LiftMaster and Chamberlain products
Each LiftMaster and Chamberlain product has a unique number that can help you get support for your product faster and easier. For most LiftMaster and Chamberlain garage door openers, you can find the product’s model number on a label or sticker on the outside of the product. The actual appearance of your garage door opener may differ from those depicted above.
The label may be located in the following places:
- Under the front light lens
- Under the left light lens, if facing the garage door opener
- Opposite side of where the antenna is on the garage door opener
Tip: If you see the Part Number, the model number is typically on the other side under the light cover.
