This opener has the Timer-To-Close (TTC) feature. In order to enable this feature, the customer would need to upgrade the door control that comes with the opener to a Smart Control Panel, part number 041A7305-1. The other option is the motion detecting door control with the TTC feature, part number 041A7327-1.
