ARQ™ remote control will not program to an operator or light control

Your ARQ™ remote control is compatible with a variety of garage door openers however, there may be times where the remote control may not work with your operator. See below for a list of options to resolve your situation.

If the ARQ™ remote control will not program to your garage door opener:

• Verify if your garage door opener is compatible by reviewing the compatibility list ARQ™ - TM100 and TM110 Compatibility List. If your remote control has recently been added to the compatibility list, please download the ARQ app to update the remote controls firmware, then reprogram.

• Verify if your garage door opener does have a program button or a set of switches used for programming, then follow the appropriate steps for programming.

• Identify your brand of garage door opener, following the correct programming steps for your brand using the program, learn button or switches.

If the ARQ™ remote control will not program to your gate opener:

• Gated communities control the access to the gate, please contact the property manager to programming assistance.

• Verify if your garage door opener is compatible by reviewing the compatibility list ARQ™ - TM100 and TM110 Compatibility List. If your remote control has recently been added to the compatibility list, please download the ARQ app to update the remote controls firmware, then reprogram.

• Verify if your garage door opener does have a program button or a set of switches used for programming, then follow the appropriate steps for programming.

• Identify your brand of garage door opener, following the correct programming steps for your brand using the program, learn button or switches.

If the ARQ™ remote control will not program to light controls:

• Verify the light control you're programming to be a compatible light control. The current light controls programmable to the ARQ remote control are manufactured by Chamberlain, LiftMaster or Craftsman.
